Bookings and sessions
Treatment and session bookings are arranged through the live booking links provided on the website. Availability may change and final confirmation depends on the booking platform and practitioner schedule.
Shop orders
Orders are only confirmed once payment has been successfully received. Healing Vibes reserves the right to contact the customer if any order detail needs clarification before collection or delivery.
Returns and refunds
Shop purchases are final. No returns or refunds are offered for change of mind. Please also review the dedicated Returns Policy.
